MEET THE TEAM!

Christine is the Founder and Manager of OBX Dog Walker. She founded the company in 2017 when she recognized a real need for a reliable pet sitting company in the area. Christine is a a Certified Dog Training and Behavior Specialist (CCTBS) , and she and her family make a point of rescuing senior dogs from the local shelters.  They currently have two 12 year old pups, two 8 year old pups, a cat and a green cheeked conure. Christine has devoted her life to animals, has served on the local SPCA Board of Directors and also published a calendar three years in a row that raised $10000 for the OBX SPCA.

Beth has been a member of our team since 2021. She is full of positive energy and her love for animals shines through! She has three cats, and two dogs at home. Her favorite thing about being on the team is seeing how happy the dogs are when she walks through the door!

Jennifer has been with the team since 2019!! She has been a mom to 7 dogs, 5 cats, gerbils, hamsters and guinea pigs. She is pictured here with her Granddog,  Brooks. Jennifer loves her job caring for animals and it shines through. Our clients, both furry and human, love her! 

Debbie has been with the team since 2022 and her love for animals is contagious! As a mom to 5 rescue dogs and 1 rescue cat, Debbie has dedicated her time to taking care of senior animals that are often overlooked. "If you do what you love, and love what you do, you will never have to work another day in your life", is the motto she lives by....and we and our clients, are happy to have her on the team. 

Rosemary has been with the team since 2021. She has three cats and a dog of her own, but she loves meeting new customers and getting to know heir individual personalities and traits. She loves the sense of accomplishment she feels when our timid customers begin to  come out of their shell and trust her.

Annemarie has been with the team for over 3 years! She is pictured here with her Akita, Hatee. She was a dog groomer for 24 years before working with our team, and she volunteers for the OBX SPCA. Annemarie says meeting dogs for the first time is always exciting, and continuing the bond with them as their dogwalker is always an adventure. 

Julie is the newest member to the team but makes up for it with her love for animals and enthusiasm!
